How employer verification works
We verify the organisation before we verify a shortlist for it.
- Organisation registration or other credible evidence of operations.
- A verified representative with decision-making authority.
- Corporate email/domain where available, plus phone verification.
- A clear role, scope, budget, workplace and reporting line.
- Agreement to fair hiring, non-discrimination, confidentiality and payment terms.
- A deposit or approved credit terms before higher-risk work begins.
- Enhanced review for overseas placements, relocation, field safety or access to vulnerable groups.
AdorWorks does not describe client funds as escrow, and we don't hold money in an informal account. Where pre-funding applies, it runs through a licensed, documented payment process — signed scope, deposit, milestone evidence, client approval, invoice, then payout. How fast can I get a shortlist?
We're targeting a shortlist generally within 10 business days once your brief is confirmed, though this depends on how specialised the role is and how deep our verified pool is in that category during the pilot.
What if my need doesn't fit one of the three categories?
Tell us anyway in the brief below — categories describe where we're strongest today, not a hard limit on what we'll consider, especially for larger or ongoing engagements.
What happens if the person or team doesn't work out?
Every engagement has a named AdorWorks account contact and a documented replacement process — flag it early and we'll work the fix, whether that's a corrected milestone or a substitute candidate.
Do you only work with South Sudanese clients?
No — we actively welcome diaspora and East African clients looking for South Sudanese expertise or a trusted local presence, delivered with the same verification and support model.
