Simple principle: employers pay for reduced risk. Talent never pays to work.
Today, AdorWorks charges a 0% platform fee while we're in our founding pilot — nothing is deducted from any payment. The model below is what we're validating for later, not a live price list.
Basic talent registration and access to legitimate employment opportunities is free, and always will be. This follows ILO guidance that workers and jobseekers should not be charged recruitment fees or related costs.
AdorWorks is not currently charging a platform fee. Employers pay talent and contractors the full agreed amount directly, with no percentage held back. The table below describes the pricing model we're testing for when fees go live — none of it is in effect today, and we'll announce clearly before that changes.
How employer fees would work, once active
| Fee | Who pays | Model being tested (not yet charged) | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marketplace project fee | Employer | 8–12% of project value | Matching, contracting, tracking and support |
| Managed project margin | Employer | 15–25% | Scoping, team assembly, quality control and accountability |
| Full-time placement | Employer | 8–15% of first-year compensation, or a fixed fee | Search, screening and shortlist |
| Contractor administration | Employer | 5–10% monthly | Contract, time, invoice and payment coordination |
| Employer subscription | Employer | Tiered monthly/annual plan | Listings, search, priority matching and reporting |
| Sponsored talent programme | Partner or donor | Programme budget | Assessment, training, placement and impact reporting |
None of the rates above are active — AdorWorks charges 0% today. If and when a fee is switched on for a category, it will be confirmed with you before any engagement is booked, and nothing will ever be charged without your agreement.
Enterprise and framework pricing
NGOs, larger companies and agencies running recurring needs — talent squads, framework agreements, contractor-of-record support — usually make more sense on a custom arrangement than a per-project fee.
