From brief to completed work.
AdorWorks is a curated, human-assisted marketplace: every engagement is checked by a person at each step, not just routed by an algorithm.
For employers
Submit a brief
Tell us the role, project or service — budget, timing and any location or safety requirements.
Get verified
We confirm your organisation, representative and decision authority before we share candidates.
Review a shortlist
An AdorWorks matcher searches verified supply and recommends three to five suitable candidates, or a managed team.
Select and contract
We support interviews, confirm scope and put the right project, contract or placement agreement in place.
Track delivery
Milestones, risks, approvals and changes are tracked through to completion, with a named account contact.
Complete and review
Acceptance is recorded, invoices issued, and both sides leave a review — the basis for future matching.
For talent
Create your profile
Sign up, confirm your phone/email and agree to AdorWorks' code of conduct.
Submit your evidence
Identity, portfolio and references — the foundation of every badge above "Registered".
Complete an assessment
A practical, category-specific evaluation — not a certificate-only check.
Get matched
You're considered for briefs that fit your skills, availability and rate — reviewed by a person, not blasted to everyone.
Deliver with support
Clear scope, milestone tracking and an AdorWorks contact if anything needs resolving.
Get paid and grow
Documented payout after client approval, plus feedback that strengthens your next application.
If something goes wrong
Disputes are handled deliberately, not silently dropped.
- The affected milestone is paused and both parties are acknowledged.
- We review the brief, contract, messages, files, approvals and timeline.
- We attempt facilitated resolution — correction, a revised milestone, partial acceptance or replacement.
- Material fraud, safety, harassment or legal concerns are escalated to authorised leadership and advisers.
- The outcome is recorded, confidential information is protected, and the underlying policy is improved.
