A marketplace built on proof.

AdorWorks verifies talent and employers, defines scopes, tracks milestones and provides accountable support. Every badge explains what has been checked, and every engagement follows documented terms.

Verification framework

Five tiers, each backed by specific, checkable requirements.

Registered

Phone/email confirmed, a minimum profile and agreement to the code of conduct. A real account — capability not yet verified.

Identity verified

Government-issued identification checked and securely recorded. Identity has been reviewed.

AdorVerified

Identity, portfolio, references, an interview and a category-specific assessment. Evidence supports ability to perform the listed work.

AdorCertified

A live simulation, client-readiness assessment and a successful platform engagement. Demonstrated work quality and reliability.

Team lead

Multiple successful engagements, communication strength and a leadership review. Eligible to lead managed squads.

How we verify employers

  • Organisation registration or other credible evidence of operations.
  • A verified representative with confirmed decision-making authority.
  • Corporate email/domain where available, plus phone verification.
  • A clear role, scope, budget, workplace and reporting line before matching begins.
  • Agreement to fair hiring, non-discrimination, confidentiality and payment terms.
  • A deposit or approved credit terms before higher-risk work begins.
  • Enhanced review for overseas placements, relocation, field safety or access to vulnerable groups.
Regulatory rule

AdorWorks does not describe client funds as escrow, and does not hold client money in an informal account. Any pre-funding or deposit runs through a licensed, documented payment process. The minimum safe workflow is: signed scope, client deposit or pre-funding, milestone evidence, client approval, invoice, payout instruction and an audit trail. We are confirming licensing and a compliant local payment partner before handling client funds at scale — see the current model on Pricing.

Fair recruitment

Talent never pays to register or to be considered for legitimate work. This follows ILO fair-recruitment guidance that workers and jobseekers should not be charged recruitment fees or related costs. If anyone claims to represent AdorWorks and asks a professional for payment to "unlock" opportunities, that is not us — please report it immediately.

What happens when something goes wrong

  1. The affected milestone is paused and both parties are acknowledged.
  2. We review the brief, contract, messages, files, approvals and timeline.
  3. We attempt facilitated resolution — correction, a revised milestone, partial acceptance or replacement.
  4. Material fraud, safety, harassment or legal concerns are escalated to authorised leadership and advisers.
  5. The outcome is recorded, confidential information is protected, and the underlying policy is improved.

Legal and ethical foundation

South Sudan's Labour Act contains licensing provisions for private employment agencies. Before offering full-time placement or cross-border recruitment at scale, AdorWorks is confirming applicable licensing and operating conditions covering:

  • Employment-agency licensing and permitted classes or territories.
  • Correct classification of employees, contractors and independent businesses.
  • Employment contracts, minimum protections and workplace safety.
  • Tax registration, withholding, invoices and cross-border payments.
  • Data privacy, consent, retention, deletion and access controls.
  • Anti-discrimination, safeguarding, harassment reporting and grievance handling.

Report a concern

If you experience or witness fraud, non-payment, harassment, discrimination or a safety risk connected to AdorWorks, tell us directly.

Content pending

A dedicated reporting channel (email address and/or form) will be published here once staffed and monitored — we won't publish a channel we can't yet respond to reliably. Until then, use the Contact page and choose “Trust & Safety concern.” Mark an immediate risk clearly in your message.

Policies

These pilot-stage policies explain the rules and protections that apply now. They will be reviewed with qualified counsel as the operating model, registrations and cross-border services are confirmed.

Privacy Policy

Terms of Use

The rules for accounts, listings, contracts, direct payments, content and use of the AdorWorks pilot.

Community Standards

Our requirements for honest opportunities, dignity, fair work, safety, privacy and professional conduct.
